2. Next, we conduct a telephone interview to discuss in detail each candidate's involvement in critical business functions and processes, and how they can help our clients. We then conduct a face-to-face interview.
3. At this stage, we focus on subtleties other executive search firms typically overlook, including candidates' work culture preferences, family situations, and other issues.
4. We conclude with a discreet but thorough reference check, speaking with managers and supervisors who have actually worked with the candidate to confirm our findings.
