Chris Hillman
Chris brings 8 years of highly successful Executive Search expertise to SearchPath International. He has been promoted 3 times by his previous employer, providing him with skill sets in search, business development, operations, training and management. Chris is a five-time Pacesetter award winner placing him in the top ten percent of Search Consultants in the world.
As a previous CSAM, Certified Senior Account Manager, for a significant competitor, he has achieved the recruiting industries highest levels of training in labor laws, negotiations, ethics, integrity and human relationships. Chris has expertise in Talent Acquisition within the Packaging Materials Industry, Industrial Market, Power Transmission Industry, Bio-Fuels, Ethanol, Bio-Diesel and Motion Control niche. Formerly, Chris worked for seven years in a General Management capacity, running a $22 million operation. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Chris' success comes from his strong work ethic, listening skills, persistence and industry knowledge. His high levels of achievement come from his desire to focus on solving his clients' and candidates' goals, problems and needs.

Ginger Stanczak
Ginger has come to SearchPath International bringing along her successful background which includes her 2 years of Executive Search and 6 years of industrial sales.
She is a goal driven individual and can take on any tough task. Prior to her working in the Talent Acquisition Industry, she provided support to 250 customers, covering 34 states in the industrial market. In one year she cultivated 45 new customers which delivered a total of 6.5 million dollars in revenue. She joins SearchPath International of Chicago with that same enthusiasm and drive. “It’s all about making a difference in people’s lives. It’s the greatest feeling when you have found your client company a perfect match and the candidate thinks the same thing about the employer.”
She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Minor in Business.
Ginger has expertise in several areas such as B to B sales, Ethanol, Biofuels, Motion Control, Executive Management, Industrial, and the Packaging Industry.

Debbie Goerlitz
Debbie brings 20 years of office experience to SearchPath International.
She can multi-task and handle anything thrown at her. Organization and
responding to client needs are very important to her and the SearchPath
staff.
As office manager, she wants everything to run smoothly and is willing to
help others accomplish their goals. Anything a client or candidate needs,
they can depend on her knowledge and expertise.
Debbie is also a licensed Real Estate Agent for the state of Illinois, she
can guide candidates through an entire real estate transaction, whether it is buying, selling or relocating.

Mark Ragland
Mark Ragland has just entered his 10th. year in the Executive Search field. He began under the watchful eye of one of the country's top talents in Financial Search, learning one by one the nuances of client and candidate relationships. Within 2 years, Mark began acquiring his own client base, gaining market expertise in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Product, and Supply Chain industries.
In 2001, Mark began broadening his talent acquisition expertise by conducting searches not only in Finance and Accounting, but also in Operational Management, Marketing & Sales, and C-Level Executive Search. Later in that year, he opened his own firm to put his signature style into his searches. Within a few years, after building a retained search practice that exceeded the abilities of a one-person operation, he sold his book of business outright, and joined forces with SearchPath International. After seeing the great needs in the emerging Bio-Fuels industry, SearchPath became the logical choice in terms of where to direct his energies.
Mark holds a BA in Management from Judson University .

Steve Fugatt
Steve brings his extensive background in HVAC talent acquisition to SearchPath International. Steve has a solid network of professionals which enables him to identify the best possible candidates in the HVAC industry. With 13 years of experience, Steve has the ability to build very strong client and candidate relationships. Understanding the HVAC industry is a must, for finding the best possible talent across the Nation.
Steve has worked with many HVAC Manufacturing facilities across the country. Assignments Steve has placed: Director of Sales, Regional Managers, Engineers, Plant Managers, Marketing Managers, Territory Managers, Operation Managers, Director of Engineering, Technicians, and CFO/CEO level assignments.
Steve works the assignments until they are completed. Communication is the key in his success in building relationships, by providing detailed presentations and profiles.
