Pricing Options
Retained Search
Service fees are twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total compensation including salary, commission, and bonuses; paid as follows:
- 1/3 due upon signing of the agreement
- 1/3 due in 30 days
- 1/3 due when candidate starts work
Priority Search
Service fees are twenty-eight percent (28%) of the estimated compensation including salary, commission, and bonuses; paid as follows:
- 1/3 due upon signing of the agreement
- Balance due when candidate starts work.
Contingency Search
Service fees are thirty percent (30%) of estimated compensation as determined and calculated prior to search commencing.
Performance Based Guarantees
We stand behind our talent. Not only do we offer the traditional “30/60/90” day guarantees but we’ll put our money where our mouth is. We are willing to delay a portion of our fees at a mutually agreed upon time and upon mutually agreed upon measurements of success.
