We Offer
A variety of aggressive compensation plans to choose from including Traditional and No Net Plans. On the Traditional Plan the consultant is an employee of SearchPath of Chicago, is paid an appropriate draw, earns up to 50% of every placement, and is provided benefits. On the No Net Plan, the consultant is an independent contractor, is paid on a straight commission basis payable as 1099 income, earn a maximum of 64% of every placement, can work within an office or as a virtual search consultant, but is not provided benefits.

ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS AND PERKS
Medical program: Minimal waiting period to enroll.
SPI of Chicago will pay the majority of the employee premium.
The deductible is $500.00, with a two deduction family maximum.
The plan also includes $35.00 office visits
Prescriptions cost $10.00 for generic, $25.00 for brand name formulary and $50.00 for brand name nonformulary.
401k Tax Deferred Savings: A 401(k) savings and retirement plan is an excellent way for employees to prepare for their futures. A reputable and respected investment firm manages investments in our plan. You have the option of spreading your contribution over different investment funds managed by the investment firm.
All employees 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401-K tax deferred savings plan.
We recommend that all eligible employees enroll in and take advantage of the benefits offered through our 401(k) savings and retirement plan. You can invest in your future through convenient payroll deductions, with up to 100% in pretax contributions. Your contributions can be as little as 1% of your income.
SearchPath of Chicago will make a Safe Harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 6% of your contribution.
Profit Sharing Contribution: Each year, in addition to depositing your salary deferrals and making safe harbor contributions, we may contribute the following to the plan:
