Ysabella (Bella) Trout is the VP of our SearchPath of Cape Fear office. She leads our Engineering Division. Bella brings a diverse background & a unique skill set of professional expertise to our SPI office. She joins us after owning a specialized engineering recruitment firm & having a successful background in management & marketing. Her Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management and experience in operational management allows her to have a unique yet balanced understanding and approach when teaming up to coordinate with each client’s Human Resource members & Management Staff successfully to fulfill each staffing assignment.

Bella started in operations management for her family’s business. Coming from a successful strong influential entrepreneurial background, it was only natural for SPI Cape Fear to feel like home. Prior to SPI Cape Fear and shortly after Bella began her first degree she was brought onboard an award winning marketing firm where she was signed as an Assistant Office Manager. Her responsibilities were focused on finding a niche group of sales minded professionals to hire, train extensively & retain this specialized sales forces. In Bella’s first year she took the marketing firm from 32 of 154 in the nation to the number one office in the region and 5th in the nation with the lowest sales staff turnover in the company. She left the Marketing firm after earning high recognition & many awards as a manager and top producer to pursue recruiting; where she found her niche in the placement of Engineers. Bella has worked within different industries focusing in on Operations, Plant Management, Production, R&D, VP, and even the Presidential engineering needs of her clients. Bella has also placed EHS, Sales Engineers, along with HR department needs for her clients successfully

Overall Bella’s unique background and education has allowed her to identify the specific key needs of her clients and be able to tailor a recruitment solution providing service for all of their needs. Bella accredits her entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated quality service / business drive to her father and family business. This is where she gained her understanding of a strong and solid work ethic. She feels anything less than excellence is a waste of time and talent; so she strives in turn to only provide the best service and work with unsurpassed results. Bella describes her passion for knowledge and serving others as immeasurable, she actively serves with in her local community as well as abroad efforts to help children and woman gain better, healthier life styles and living conditions. Bella has her Masters in Ministry focused on Biblical council for women & children along with linguistics focus. She plans to return to School for her next degree as an M.Ed major in Instructional Effectiveness to better assist in developing community educational help programs as well as help develop stronger more effective teaching methods in her efforts to serve internationally. Bella is always excited to apply any of her newly acquired skills & knowledge to help others in reaching their goals & grasp their future
