Jim Beaudry is the managing director of SearchPath East Fourth. Having spent more than seven years in the staffing and recruiting world, Jim’s focus has consistently been on providing the 'perfect fit' for both his clients and candidates. He believes in taking an honest and straightforward approach to the recruiting world and has consistently delivered top talent for his best clients through a variety of dynamic recruiting methods.
Since joining SPI in 2001, Jim has performed a number of nationwide searches for Fortune 500 clients and is constantly increasing his exposure to the industry.
