Managing Director
John Pustulka is a Managing Director within SearchPath International, a prominent executive search firm committed to performance, quality, and results. John’s professionalism, integrity, and industry knowledge enable him to quickly identify executive talent that meet the specific leadership needs of his clients.
John entered the executive search business in 2004 and was quickly recognized as one of the top recruiters within the SearchPath organization. Today, as the Managing Director of SearchPath CRG, John services clients in all phases of recruitment for the shopping center industry.
Prior to joining SearchPath, John was a successful equity trader in New York City. Leveraging his success in New York, John later founded and was a managing member of an equity trading group in San Francisco with 18 traders.
John is a graduate of the University at Albany and holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
