Managing Director
Paul Smith is our Managing Director with locations in New Hampshire and a branch office in Rhode Island. He began his recruiting career in 1987 as a partner in a boutique firm specializing in the recruiting of sales and marketing professionals in the high tech arena. His ability to find top notch candidates coupled with his ability to present career opportunities made him the “go to” recruiter for his client companies.
Paul’s true passion in the recruiting industry is “one of’s”. Finding the most difficult of the “hard to find” candidates. His successes have mainly been in the arena of emerging technologies. Many of his company’s successful specialties have come from this type of recruiting. His current recruiting passions are in Healthcare Software Technology and he has always retained his love for the sales and marketing arena.
As a firm believer in the Internet as a recruiting and networking tool, Paul is the owner/moderator of five Internet listservs for the advancement of recruiting and sourcing skills and a contributor and member to quite a few others networking groups.
Paul and his wife Gail, travel back and forth between the offices in New Hampshire and Rhode Island. When in Rhode Island, he enjoys the beach, visits from his children and grand children, traveling to Mexico, and fishing. In NH he enjoys looking forward to getting back to Rhode Island and go fishing.
He is a graduate of both Dean College and Bryant College.
