Robbie Sewell

Robbie Sewell is a veteran healthcare professional who joined the Executive Search
industry in 1998.

Since January 1999, Robbie’s recruitment production in the healthcare sector has exceeded
the $3 Million mark.  Her clients have included hospitals and health plans in rural and
urban areas of the Southwestern and Midwestern United States, and Robbie’s greatest strength has been in extending her efforts throughout discrete urban healthcare systems, such as HCA, Banner Health, and Seton Family of Hospitals.  Leveraging her recruitment
efforts throughout a system has allowed Robbie to focus in depth on the cultural aspects
of an organization that serve to define “good fit” and brings consistency to the network of relationships she builds within each system.

Robbie’s healthcare industry experience includes a Master’s degree in Healthcare Delivery Systems from Denver University;  Master’s Certificates in Health Industry Organization/Operations and Managed Care; roles as Director of Marketing for a statewide provider joint venture HMO in Wyoming, Manager of Medical Staff Services and Physician Recruiter for a Colorado statewide integrated delivery system, Provider Network Manager
for a Denver not-for-profit collaboration of hospitals offering managed care products, and
Area Contracts Manager for a behavioral health managed care organization.  Robbie also spent six years as documentation specialist in the Group Health & Welfare departments of Towers Perrin and Wm. M. Mercer benefits consulting firms.  Robbie supplemented her professional commitments with volunteer work in neurotrauma at a Level 1 trauma center
in Denver and is proud of her high school years as a youth volunteer at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Chicago.
