A 20-year operations and human resources veteran, has opened a St. Louis franchise office of SearchPath Internationa l, a Cleveland-based franchisor of talent acquisition professional services firms, CEO Thomas K. Johnston announced today. Phillips's search practice specializes in the outsourcing industry.
Phillips has successfully operated her own management consulting service in California and in her hometown of St. Louis , Mo. , specializing in operations management; budget preparation, design and analysis; and human resource management, training, employee relations, benefit design and analysis, and performance systems and analysis. She previously spent 10 years as vice president of human resources, then executive vice president/chief operations officer, of Rose Hills Company, a Whittier, Calif.-based, company with $80 million in annual revenue.
Phillips received her MS in human resources design from Claremont Graduate University and her BA in business administration from Whittier College , both in California . She is also involved in numerous St. Louis-area community service activities.
