Retained Search
A special search team dedicated to completing an urgent assignment when a key position must be filled within a critical period of time.

  • Assessment testing on all pre-selected candidates
  • Job Profile Survey and Personality Profiles
  • Specification development session in person or by videoconferencing
  • 180 day replacement guarantee – triple the standard warranty period

Pricing
Service fees are based upon the estimated total first year compensation including salary, commission, and bonuses; paid as follows:

  • 1/3 due upon signing of the agreement
  • 1/3 due in 30 days
  • 1/3 due when candidate starts work

Contingency Search
A search option used to fill standard search assignments and ongoing openings. Best to meet hiring needs when time is not critical.

  • Compensate our services only when a position is filled with one of our candidate
  • 30 day replacement guarantee

Pricing
Service fees are based upon the estimated first year total compensation as determined and calculated prior to search commencing.

Priority Search
Priority option with project team involvement where thorough representation in the market place, in a timely fashion, is desired. Our team will work until the position is filled. We will provide the following:

  • Job Profile Survey
  • Access to preferred client relocation services
  • 90 day replacement guarantee

Pricing
Service fees are based upon the estimated first year total compensation including salary, commission, and bonuses; paid as follows:

  • $5,000 deposit due upon signing of the agreement
  • Balance due when candidate starts work.

Interim/ Temporary/ Contract
As a company, you may from time to time not need someone for an extended period of time. DFA can assist with your short term assignments as well. Whether you have a special project, someone going on either maternity or military leave, or if you want to do the old “try before your buy” approach.

Pricing
DFA will charge a markup on total labor costs. In addition, once a candidate is converted to a direct hire, DFA will charge a service fee based upon the estimated first year total compensation including salary, commission, and bonuses. If the assignment is greater than 26 weeks, DFA will deduct profit dollars received over the 26 weeks to this 25% fee.
