Our franchisees will undergo a 3 week basic training program over a 4 week period that is designed to customize the learning experience for both veteran recruiters and those who are embarking on headhunting for the first time. Following your initial training, there will be on-going 1 on 1 and group support to assist you in achieving your personal production goals. In addition there is a 13 week refresher program that is run on a regular basis. Remember, your long-term success is our long-term success.
We would like to physically meet each one of our prospective partners before they buy a franchise, we understand that having a global platform sometimes causes some logistical difficulties. We have the ability, in certain circumstances, to conduct our application, interview and discover processes remotely. However, face to face will always be encouraged and preferred.
