Robbie Sewell Opens SPI’s 55th Office

lead SPI’s healthcare practice

Dateline Denver.  February 2008
Robbie Sewell, of Parker, Colorado, opened the 55th franchise office of SearchPath International, CEO Thomas K. Johnston announced today.  Sewell’s practice, which will operate as Saddlebrook Associates in Denver, Colorado, will focus in hospital and healthcare administration.

Sewell spent the last 10 years, most recently as Managing Partner, in executive search with a large national recruitment organization.  As an experienced healthcare administrator in her own right, she brings more than 20 years of managerial experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including medical staff services, physician recruitment, provider network management, managed care contracting, and HMO group marketing and business development.

Sewell has been a member of Arapahoe Community College's President's Advisory Board, Douglas County's Health Advisory Committee, and has been an active volunteer in hospitals and schools in the Denver area.  She holds her Master's degree in Healthcare Delivery Systems from Denver University and her Bachelor's of Science degree in Secondary Education English from the University of Illinois.

“SPI offered me the best business model to continue to serve the healthcare and hospital industries by facilitating the career growth and development of clinical and administrative leaders in healthcare,” Sewell said.  “My success is the result of fostering honest and dynamic working relationships with candidates and clients.”

Robbie has been designated Practice Group Leader for SearchPath’s Healthcare Division, and in addition to maintaining her practice and overseeing operations at Saddlebrook, she will be developing and implementing programs to enhance the existing services being offered by SPI to the healthcare industry.  Initiatives will include creating programs to encourage new franchises that share the vision of service to the healthcare industry, mentoring new healthcare Search Consultants, and creating an advocacy platform to strengthen SPI’s level of service to healthcare clients and candidates by identifying industry best practices.
